Kerry for a Variance Case #V-87-10-102 <br /> A Petition was filed by George A. Kerry of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance for permission to vary the front setback requirements in <br /> a R-5 Zoning District on property located on the corner of Forestdale. <br /> Road, (map 20, parcel al) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> September 30 & October 7, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, October 14, 1987 at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, <br /> Cheryl Hawver and Edward Govoni. <br /> Through information received the Board learned that an error was <br /> made in the surveying of the land for the proposed addition. The Board <br /> ascertained that the hardship was not created by the petitioner. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on November 18, 1987 to grant the front setback Variance of 5.6 <br /> feet for the garage and the front setback Variance of 5 feet for the deck <br /> as requested. <br />
