Walton d/b/a Carriage Trade Limousines for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-87-11-109 <br /> A Petition was filed by Dean P. Walton d/b/a Carriage Trade Limousines <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a <br /> limousine service in a I-1 Zoning District on property located at Madaket <br /> Place, building 10, (map 88, parcel 38) , Route 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 26 & November 2, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 10, 1987 and continued to November 18, 1987 at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed that the Applicant will utilize 2,000 square <br /> feet of building 10. Through information received the Board learned that <br /> the first floor will be utilized as a office with the remaining area dedicated <br /> for use as a garage for one limousine. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on Novmeber 18, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
