Cohen for a Variance Case #V-87-11-119 <br /> (owner on record Harold J. Cohen) <br /> A Petition was filed by Harold J. Cohen of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Variance for permission to construct a dwelling within 50 feet of the <br /> wetlands in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on 65 Waterline Drive, <br /> Little Neck Bay, Mashpee, Massachusetts, (map 125, parcel 249). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> November 4 & 11 , 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 18, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni. <br /> Recommendations were received from the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br /> The Board was informed that the dwelling will be constructed on wooden piles <br /> with the only cement foundation being the garage. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on January 13, 1988 to grant the 40 foot Variance within the wetland area with <br /> the stipulation that this Applicant comply with all "Orders of Conditions" set- <br /> forth by the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br />
