The purpose is <br /> to ap paal that portion of the remarks section of the building permits num- <br /> bered 540, 541, 542, 543, 544, 545, 546, 547, 548 and 549 issued by the <br /> Town of Mashpee's Building Inspector, Douglas Boyd, on June 2, 1987 which <br /> makes the building permits "subject to modification of special permit dated <br /> August 16, 1985 Section 6".. For this reason, Sound Vest Associates, Inc. <br /> is asking the Board of Appeals to determine that, that particular provision <br /> of the building permit requiring conformance with Section 6 of the Special <br /> Permit be struck; and issue a ruling that this subdivision plan is in con- <br /> formance with the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-Laws and needs no further action <br /> pursuant to Section 6 of the Special Permit previously granted by the Board <br /> of Appeals.
