Reardon about the amendments to the zoning article <br /> for Waquoit Bay and if it was still legal as it 's not what was advertised. <br /> Atty. Reardon said it was . <br /> `he Eoard asked Atty. Reardon for his coinion on the plan presented by <br /> .-:arch Rebecca :and Co . and if t'r.ey could be made to bring the road up <br /> to standard . <br /> A+'-,,. Reardon said the subdivision plan that was approved required con- <br /> struction of the roads under the subdivision control law, they weren 't <br /> constructed and therefore even though signatures appear on the plan, the <br /> ,'card doesn't have to approve as an ANR unless the subdivider agrees to <br /> construct the road . He said the 7card can do this under sections 8171, <br /> (part B ) and 81_ nf the ass . General Laws . 21U says before apnroval <br /> of plan, t _ef have to construct xays according to rules and reEulations <br /> of said card .
