Reardon about the amendments to the zoning article <br /> for -Vaquoit Bay and if it was still legal as it 's not what was advertised . <br /> Atty. Reardon for his opinion on the plan presented by <br /> _:arch Rebecca Land Co . and if they could be made to bring the road up- <br /> ,.o <br /> pto standard . <br /> Atty. =.eardon said the subdivision plan that was approved recuired con- <br /> struction of the roads under the subdivision control law, they weren't <br /> constructed and therefore even though signatures appear on the plan, the <br /> -card doesn't have to approve as an ANR unless the subdivider agrees to <br /> construct the road . e said tl:e Board can do this under sections 31' , <br /> L (Dart 3 ) and 31 �f the ;.ass .
