MA 02649 BOARD OF APPEALS DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT Re: Petition of SGFS Realty Trust for a Special Permit Case: SP-88-09-082 A Petition was filed by SGFS Realty Trust of Marstons Mills, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 6.3 of the Land Use Requirements and Section 11B of the Groundwater Protection District for permission to construct an office building in an I-1 zoning district on property located on Falmouth Road, Route 28, (Map 87, Lot 7) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Hayes Realty Trust) Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on October 12 and October 19, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. L A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall f on Wednesday, October 26, 1988 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Edward Govoni and Richard Halpern. The Board was informed that the Applicant proposes to build an office `} building and has received the approval of the Architectural Review Committee. ) � The Mashpee Water District had written to the Board stating that they had no objections to the plans. An abutter present at the meeting had no objections. The Board established that granting this Special Permit would be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the ordinance or by-law, ' and would not be a detriment to the surrounding neighborhood.
