MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Re: Petition of SGFS Realty Trust for a Special Permit <br /> Case: SP-88-09-082 <br /> A Petition was filed by SGFS Realty Trust of Marstons Mills, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 6.3 of the Land Use <br /> Requirements and Section 11B of the Groundwater Protection District <br /> for permission to construct an office building in an I-1 zoning <br /> district on property located on Falmouth Road, Route 28, (Map 87, Lot 7) <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Hayes Realty Trust) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on October 12 and October 19, 1988, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> L <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> f <br /> on Wednesday, October 26, 1988 at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, <br /> Edward Govoni and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed that the Applicant proposes to build an office <br />`} building and has received the approval of the Architectural Review Committee. <br />) � The Mashpee Water District had written to the Board stating that they had <br /> no objections to the plans. An abutter present at the meeting had no <br /> objections. <br /> The Board established that granting this Special Permit would be in <br /> harmony with the general purpose and intent of the ordinance or by-law, <br /> ' and would not be a detriment to the surrounding neighborhood. <br />
