BOX 1106 <br /> 'nnHEE�" MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> t <br /> 1; <br /> FOR A VARIANCE <br /> t <br /> Re: Petition of SGFS Realty Trust for a Variance <br /> Case: V-88-09-085 <br /> A Petition was filed by SGFS Realty Trust of Marstons Mills, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance under Section ll.B.5.h of the Groundwater <br /> Protection District for permission to vary the paving requirements on <br /> property located on Falmouth Road, Route 28 (Map 87, Lot 7) , Mashpee, <br /> ' Massachusetts. (Owner of record: Hayes Realty Trust) <br /> '. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A, Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on October 12 and October 19, '1988, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, October 26, 1988 at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, <br /> Edward Govoni and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed that the Applicant proposes to build an <br /> office building and was requesting the Variance to increase the parking <br /> coverage on the lot from 30% to 43% in order to gain access to the rear <br /> of the building. The Board had received a letter from the Water District <br /> stating that they had no objection. <br /> The Board determined that due to the shape of the lot there were no <br /> alternative locations to place the building or provide for parking access <br /> to the rear offices. <br />
