Gordon, Jr. for a Special Permit #SP-88-10-094 <br /> A Petition was filed by Bennett E. Gordon, Jr. for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 6.3.G.5 of the Land Use requirements for permission to build <br /> light manufacturing and office space in an I-1 zoning district on property <br /> located at Industrial Drive (Map 88, Lot 25) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> (Owner of record: South Cape Industrial Park) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on <br /> October 26 and November 2, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, November 9, 1988 at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Mr. Gordon presented plans for a building for light manufacturing and <br /> office space for his company, Trans Flow Energy. He explained that the <br /> Design Review Board had approved the plans and a revised landscape plan. <br /> He stated that the number ofemployees planned is well under the maximum <br /> allowed. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on November 9, 1988 to grant the Special Permit with the following condition: <br /> 1. Applicant shall post a landscaping bond in the amount of $4,000.00 <br /> 1, <br /> with the Town Treasurer. Once the landscaping has been completed <br /> and found to be in with the plans the Board shall vote <br /> i <br /> to release said bond. <br /> M <br />
