'. BOARD OF APPEALS James Kerrigan N.O.A. 88-10-103 Page 2.
The Board of Appeals determined that the permit granting authority
may evaluate the adequacy of access roads leading into a subdivision and
reject the plan if access is found to be unsatisfactory due to public
safety factors.
It is the opinion of the Board of Appeals that Goodspeed Meetinghouse
Road is not adequate access because of the road' s inability to accomodate
t vehicle traffic -- firefighting, police, rescue and emergency vehicles.
There has been no approval from the Board of Selectmen to do road work
f
on Goodspeed Meetinghouse Road. The Board would suggest that the Planning
Board review this subdivision.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted
unanimously on February 1 , 1989 to deny the Appeal without prejudice.
3J 41
BY:
TM otc ' ashpee Board of Ap eals
4
` FEB 2 199 ,:
DENY: >NIOCP ( ' },
'9 k
William Hanrahan
DENY:
Mic ael Makunas
DENY: n\-QW 2AunW
Cheryl C
er
