Reeves of Amherst, New Hampshire for <br /> a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land Space Requirements for permission to <br /> vary the setback requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br /> at 117 Summersea Road (Map 105, Lot 70) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> November 16 and November 23, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 30, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Attorney Paul Flavin represented the Applicant. He informed the Board <br /> that a building permit had been issued for the property and the house was <br /> substantially completed when it was discovered that the lot was not included <br /> in the New Seabury zero lot line zoning. A stop work order was ordered on <br /> the building. <br />
