MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Petition of Midge Lipkin for a Special Permit Case: SP-88-11-110 <br /> A Petition was filed by Midge Lipkin of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Special Permit for permission to install a pool and a deck on property <br /> located at 63 S. Waterline Drive (Map 120, Lot 143) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> j General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> (1 Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> iNovember 30 and December 7, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, December 14, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. and continued on January 11, <br /> 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Cheryl Hawver, Richard <br /> Halpern and Edward Govoni. <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant proposed to expand a <br /> non=conforming structure with the addition of a deck, hot tub and pool. <br /> The Board recommended a reduction in the deck and hot tub area and <br /> revised plans were presented on January 11 eliminating the hot tub and <br /> reducing the deck area. Comments were received from the Conservation <br /> Commission suggesting that fencing be moved back 10` . An abutter present <br /> had no objections. <br />
