BOX 1108 'nae eco^ MA5HPEE, MA 02649 i DECISION i RE: Decision for request of Variance extension on Sunset Strip sub- division, (owners on record; Sunset of Mashpee Trust and Hamurco Realty Corporation) Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 40A, section 10 the Board of Appeals considered the written application of Sunset of Mashpee Trust and Hamurco Realty Corporation for extension of the time in which to exercise variance grants for the lots described hereafter. For the purpose of administrative consideration and to facilitate the processing of this request, all of the lots involved are the subject of this decision. The original variances were granted December 10, 1986 by the recording of the vote with the Town Clerk approving the same. The petiitoners requested a six month extension by filing a written request with the Board on January 7, 1988. On January 27, 1988 the matter of the request for extension was con- sidered and on motion made by William Hanrahan, seconded by Michael Makunas, it was unanimously voted to approve the request for a six month extension to expire July 8, 1988, with Mr. Hanrahan, Mr. Makunas and Mr. Govoni voting in the affirmative. The lots subject to the extension are: HAMURCO REALTY CORPORATION lot 21 Wilann Road - lot size 20,000 square feet, frontage 50 feet lot 25 Wilann Road - lot size 20,000 square feet, frontage 50 feet lot 27A Wilann Road - lot size 3,565 square feet, frontage 1 .75 feet lot 28A Wilann Road - lot size 16,943 square feet, frontage 66.99 feet
