Realty Trust for a Variance Case: V-88-07-067 <br /> A Petition was filed by S.G.F.S. Realty Trust of Falmouth, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance under Section 7.6 to provide suitable <br /> access in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 1075 Great Hay <br /> Road (Map 98 - Lot 7) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> September 14 and 21, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, September 28, 1988 and was continued until October 12, <br /> 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, Edward <br /> Govoni and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant proposes to build a <br /> single family dwelling on Great Hay Road. Recommendations were received <br /> from the Town Planner and the Fire Chief. Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 12, 1988 to <br /> take the petition under advisement. <br /> At a meeting of the Board of Appeals on Wednesday, October 26, 1988 <br /> upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> to deny the petition without prejudice. The Board found that there was not <br /> suitable access to the property for public safety vehicles. <br />
