Baldauf for a Special Permit Case: SP-88-09-076 <br /> A Petition was filed by Isabel W. Baldauf of Falmouth, Massachusetts, <br /> t <br /> y. <br /> for a special permit under Section 5. 1 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> change, intensify, extend or enlarge a pre-existing structure located at <br /> S <br /> 23 Riverside Road (map 119 - Lot 86) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A, Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on <br /> September 28 and October 5, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, October 12, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> , . members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni. <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant proposes to remodel and <br /> reconstruct a pre-existing cottage on a non-conforming lot, requiring an <br /> 8' set back in the northerly direction and 12' set back in a southerly <br /> direction. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on October 12, 1988 to grant the Special Permit. . <br /> 1 <br />
