Tarabelli & Sons, Inc. for a Variance Case #V-88-04-031 <br /> (owner of record; Andrea M. Falis) <br /> A Petition was filed by J. Tarabelli & Sons, Inc. of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the rear yard set- <br /> back requirements in a R-3. Zoning District on property located on lot <br /> 88 Mizzenmast Road, Little Neck Bay, (map 125, parcel 230) , Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> March 9 & 16, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 13, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board was informed an error was made in the location of the pool. <br /> The Board ascertained that the hardship was not self-imposed. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on April 13, 1988 to grant the rear setback Variance of 3 feet 101/4 <br /> inches as requested. <br />
