A <br /> P. 0. sox 1106 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Petition of Thomas Cummings for a Special Permit SP-88-04-030 <br /> A Petition was filed by Thomas Cummings of Wellesley Hills, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to construct and <br /> maintain a small craft dock with attached floats in an R-3 zoning <br /> district on property located on Seconsett Point Road, Waquoit Bay <br /> (Map 119, Parcel 2) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on March 30 and April 6, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 13, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni. <br /> The Board was informed that the petitioner plans to construct a <br /> dock to extend 70 feet from mean high water. Reports had not been <br /> received from the Shellfish Constable and Conservation Commission and <br /> the petition was taken under advisement. On June 8, 1988 the <br /> petition was discussed by the Board and reports from the Shellfish <br /> Constable and Conservation Commission were reviewed. <br />
