Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on July 27 and August 3. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, August 10 and continued on Wednesday, September 14, 1988 <br /> at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward Govoni, Cheryl Hawver <br /> and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant had commenced construction <br /> of a foundation when it was discovered that the lot was bordered by a <br /> paper road which was not on the assessors maps thus creating a hardship. <br />
