.�aETow,y pE,� <br /> r,s <br /> l'l Oti Of � Zug4pPE <br /> • r`y' P. o. eox nos <br /> eCEbo�� MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS NOV <br /> n, <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A VARIANCE <br /> RE: Petition of Jack Sullivan for a Variance <br /> Case: V-88-07-053 <br /> A Petition was filed by Jack Sullivan of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> under Section 7.4 of the Land Space Requirements for permission to <br /> vary the front setback in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br /> at 54 Forestdale Road (Route 130) (Map 27, Lot 73) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on July 27 and August 3. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, August 10 and continued on Wednesday, September 14, 1988 <br /> at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward Govoni, Cheryl Hawver <br /> and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed that the applicant had commenced construction <br /> of a foundation when it was discovered that the lot was bordered by a <br /> paper road which was not on the assessors maps thus creating a hardship. <br />
