BOX 1108 <br /> a�E �� <br /> MASHPE E, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Holmes and Edwards, Inc. for a Variance Case #V-88-02-019 <br /> (owner of record; Fields Point Corporation) <br /> A Petition was filed by Holmes & Edwards of Boston, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance for permission to vary the maximum building height require- <br /> ments in a R-4 Zoning District on property located on Route 151 and Job's <br /> Fishing Road, (map 74, parcel 33) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> February 10 & 17, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 24, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael <br /> Makunas, Cheryl Hawver and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed the ceiling of the church is 30 feet from floor <br /> level . Information was received that the proposed steeple is 100 feet from <br /> ground level . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on February 24, 1988 to grant the 17 foot height Variance as requested. <br />
