MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: New Seabury Corporation for a Special Permit Case #SP-88-03-026 <br /> A Petition was filed by New Seabury Corporation of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to exceed the signage <br /> requirements of 20 square feet, to locate a sign off premises and to <br /> erect a sign within twelve feet of a lot line in a C-1 Zoning District <br /> on property located at Pine Tree Rotary, (intersections of Route 28, 151 <br /> & Great Neck Road) , (map 74, parcel 16) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on February 24 & March 2, 1988, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 9, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael <br /> Makunas, Cheryl Hawver and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed the proposed sign will be 80 square feet. <br /> Property owners of the land on which the sign is to be erected forwarded <br /> their written consent. The Board was informed the proposed sign will be <br /> set back 12 feet from the lot line. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on March 9, 1988 to grant the Special Permit as requested with the <br /> stipulation this Applicant comply with the following conditions. <br />
