I believe that Robert Ozol is required to secure a variance from <br /> the provision of Section 8.7 due to the fact that his access way for parking <br /> is closer than 200 feet from the right of way line of the road intersection <br /> of both Central Road and the Tee around at the end of Ryan's Way shown <br /> on the plan. <br /> The Board of Appeals clearly would have the power to vary this provision <br /> of the Zoning By-Law as this does not involve a use variance. <br /> I believe this is the issue you have presented to me in your letter.
