MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> AMENDED DECISION <br /> AS CORRECTED MAY 10, 1989 <br /> RE: Petition of Fields Point Limited Partnership for a Variance <br /> Case: V-89-02-31 <br /> On May 10, 1989 the Board of Appeals held a public meeting during <br /> which time the Board was informed by its secretary that there was an <br /> administrative error in the Decision filed with the Town Clerk on <br /> April 13, 1989. The Board reviewed its action and noted thereon. <br /> On May 10, 1989 Mr. Makunas motioned to correct the Decision <br /> rendered on March 22, 1989 to accurately reflect the action taken <br /> by deleting the first sentence on page 2. and replacing it with the <br /> following: "Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> motioned unanimously on March 22, 1989 to grant a variance of 8' in <br /> the height of the building and to permit three stories subject to the <br /> approval of the Fire Department."
