BOX 1108 <br /> 1A8 MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> OF NOTICE OF APPEAL <br /> RE: Appeal of James Kerrigan of Decision of Mashpee Building Department <br /> Case: NOA 88-10-103 <br /> An appeal was filed by James Kerrigan of Falmouth, Massachusetts <br /> from a decision of the Building Department to deny a building permit <br /> for the construction of a single family dwelling on a non-conforming <br /> lot in an R-2 zoning district on property located at 30 Lettie Lane <br /> (Map 36, Lot 47B) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice of the appeal was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 16 and November 23, 1988, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, November 30, 1988 at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Cheryl Hawver and Michael Makunas. <br /> Counsel, representing the Applicant, presented plans of a six-lot <br /> subdivision approved in 1970 which included the lot in question. <br /> He stated that Lot 2 (30 Lettie Lane) is in a residential zoning district. <br /> Access to the property is from Goodspeed Meetinghouse Road, a private <br /> road. <br />
