He informed the Board
that he had hired a contractor to provide plans of the interior of the
building. Douglas Boyd, Building Inspector, said he had not received
any plans and that the building has been in use for three or four
months without an occupancy permit. Elias McQuaid, Board of Health
Agent, reported that Alan Party Tent had violated rules by changing
automobile oil at the site and washing dishes. George Costa, Board of
Health, confirmed that he had received complaints of oil changing at
the site. There was discussion that Mr. Mendleson might plan to have
a U-Haul franchise at the site.
Mr. Friel asked the applicant to provide the Board of Appeals
with a complete set of detailed plans of the interior of the building
and for the use of the site.
