Board of Appeals Bonwood Co. SP-89-10-97 Page 2.
Further, the Applicant requested a modification of Paragraph 7
of the Decision, which presently reads: "The clubhouses, swimming
pools, tennis courts, sewer and water systems and all other service
amenities shall be completed and work must be commenced on the golf
course prior to the issuance of the first occupancy certificate for
Y any dwelling unit and said course must be completed before the 101st
occupancy certificate is issued."
Prior to the meeting, the members conducted a site visit of
the project and reviewed construction progress. At the hearing
the Board heard evidence that substantial work had been undertaken
on the improvements referred to in Paragraph 7, but, given
weather restrictions, technical limitations as to the actual operation
of the sewer system, and the Applicant's stated desire to commence the
conveyance of units, the Board found that the proposed modifications
of Paragraphs 3 and 7 were in harmony with the general purpose and
intent of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws and complied with the general
and specific provisions thereof.
Information was received from the Board of Health, Building
Department, Planning Board and prospective owners of some of the
units.
