BOX 1108 <br /> t MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Egerton Development Corporation for a Special Permit SP-89-09-94 <br /> A Petition was filed by Egerton Development Corporation (Owner of <br /> record: P. H. Acquiring Corp.) for a Special Permit under Section 6.3.H.6 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a central antenna in <br /> an R-5 zoning district on property located at Stratford Pond, 28 Main St. <br /> (Map 47, Block 29) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on November 13 and November 20, 1989, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, November 29, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, William J. Hanrahan and <br /> Richard E. Halpern. <br /> There was no representative from Egerton to present the petition. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on November 29, 1989 to deny this request for a Special <br /> Permit without prejudice. <br />
