MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br />• MINUTES <br />June 28, 1989 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting at the Mashpee Town <br />Hall on Wednesday, June 28, 1989 at 7:30 P.M. Board members present <br />and acting throughout were: Cheryl A. Hawver, Michael A. Makunas, <br />William J. Hanrahan, Edward M. Govoni and Richard E. Halpern. <br />Mr. Douglas S. Boyd, Building Inspector,was in attendance. <br />Eliot Levy - (Owner of record: Robert W. Levy TR.) - Requests <br />a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br />vary the front line set back in an R-3 Zoning District on property <br />located at 120 Summersea Road (Map 105, Block 52) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, William Hanrahan, Edward Govoni <br />(Continued from June 14, 1989) <br />Ms. Hawver informed the Board that the Applicant wished to withdraw <br />the petition without prejudice. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to accept the withdrawal without prejudice. <br />is <br />Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />P.F. O'Connor - (Owners of record: Subon Co. and Austin B. O'Brien, TR) <br />Requests a Special Permit under Section 11B.5.h of the Zoning By-laws for <br />permission to exceed the lot coverage requirements in a C-2 and I-1 <br />Zoning District on property located on Route 130 (Map 19, Blocks 10 and <br />11) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan <br />Ruth Ann Sochalski represented the Petition. Ms: Hawver explained <br />that this application had been necessary since the location is now in <br />the Mashpee Water District. Notice of the Public Hearing had been sent <br />to the Water District on May 31, 1989 and there has been no response. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit as requested. Mr. <br />Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />John D. Harris - (Owners of record: John D. and Barbara F. Harris) <br />Request a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land Space Requirements for <br />permission to vary the frontage requirements in an R-3 Zoning District <br />on property located at 294 Mashpee Neck Road (Map 90, Block 91) Mashpee,MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan <br />. David Sanicki of Cape and Islands Surveying Co. represented the <br />applicant. He presented assessor's maps showing the location of the <br />lot and explained that an adjoining lot had been divided into two lots. <br />
