MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Application of Willex Corporation for a Special Permit SP-90-37 <br /> A Petition was filed by Willex Corporation for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-25.E.2 for permission to operate a restaurant in a <br /> C-1 zoning district on property located at Mashpee Commons, 38 Nathan <br /> Ellis Highway (Map 74, Block 20) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. (Owner of <br /> record: Fields Point Limited Partnership) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on March 12 and March 19, 1990, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, March 28, 1990 at 7:30 p.m.. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Cheryl A. Hawver, Michael A. Makunas and William J. <br /> Hanrahan. <br /> Alexis Hanson represented the application. She informed the <br /> Board that the restaurant will occupy Space 7. 106 at Mashpee Commons <br /> and that a Special Permit was required by the Building Inspector for <br /> space in excess of 1,000 square feet. No comments were received from <br /> abutters. <br /> The Board determined that the use is in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the By-laws and complies with the provisions <br /> set forth therein. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on March 28, 1990 to grant the Special Permit as <br /> requested. <br /> i <br /> I <br />
