Luconi for a Special Permit SP-90-41 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fred and Suzanne M. Luconi of Concord, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 175-25.I.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to rebuild an existing unlicensed <br /> pier, ramp and float in an R-3 zoning district on property located at <br /> 30 Sand Dollar Lane (Map 105, Block 84) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on April 9 and April 16, 1990, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, April 25, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Cheryl A. Hawver, William J. Hanrahan and Edward M. Govoni. <br /> Mr. Jeff Ryther of Holmes & McGrath Engineers represented the <br /> applicant. He presented plans for the rebuilding of the structure <br /> to raise the pier 5' over the marsh and stated that the entire <br /> structure now met regulations. Comments were received from the <br /> Conservation Commission in favor of the revised plans. <br /> The Board determined that granting this Special Permit would be <br /> in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the By-laws and <br /> complies with the conditions thereof. <br />
