MA 02649
BOARD OF APPEALS
DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT
RE: Thomas A. Morgado SP-90-80
A Petition was filed by Thomas A. Morgado on September 4, 1990
for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.E. 1 of the Zoning By-laws
for permission to operate a viceo rental store in a C-2 zoning
district on property located at 401 Nathan Ellis Highway and
34 Sassacus Road (Map 72, Blocks 57 and 58) Mashpee, MA. (Owner
of record: Alexander Mitrokostas TR) .
Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts
General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The
Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee
on September 24, 1990 and October 1, 1990, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town
Hall on Wednesday, October 10, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the
following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting
throughout: Cheryl A.
