MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A' SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Fields Point Limited Partnership SP-90-74 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fields Point Limited Partnership of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.E. 1 <br /> and the conditions of Special Permit 86-04-024 for permission to <br /> occupy a business office in Space 11A.202 for Advertising Associated <br /> of Cape Cod on property located in a C-1 zoning district at Mashpee <br /> Commons, 38 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 74, Block 20) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on August 27 and September 3, 1990, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, September 12, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and John J. Friel. <br /> Douglas S. Storrs of Fields Point represented the Petition. <br /> He informed the Board that Advertising Associated of Cape Cod had <br /> been tenants at Mashpee Commons and required additional space. <br /> Fields Point was providing new space above the theatre lobby known <br /> as Space 11A.202 . <br /> The Board determined that the use is in harmony with the purpose <br /> and intent of the By-laws and the 1986 Special Permit and complies <br /> with the provisions thereof. <br />
