The air exchange and flow are at operable <br /> conditions. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Heritage Park Engineering—Phase I: <br /> The Selectmen agreed to incorporate into the Heritage Park Engineering <br /> request for proposal, Parcel A and Parcel B. An ad hoc committee will <br /> review the specifics of the re-bid process and land to be developed for <br /> future playing fields. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Approval of Change Order#3 —Fire Station: <br /> Change Order#3 of the Fire &Rescue Station construction project was <br /> presented to the Selectmen for approval. The change order, in the amount <br /> of$2,112.02 was defined as follows; <br /> Credit for red cedar shingles $2,591.25 <br /> Change sheathing thickness to 5/8" $5,888.45 <br /> Change ductwork in 108/109, delete shelves $ 200.00 <br /> Modifications to underslab insulation $ 985.18 <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve Change Order#3 in the <br /> amount of$2,112.02 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
