1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 20, 2002 <br /> Present: Selectman Marsters, Selectman Green, Selectman Cahalane <br /> Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Absent: Selectman Taylor, Selectman Leveille <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Selectman Marsters at 12:08 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Selectmen's Conference Room. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Public Hearing—99 West, Inc. Transfer of Stock/Change of Director: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the application of 99 <br /> West, Inc. d/b/a 99 Restaurant &Pub, for a Transfer of Stock and Change <br /> of Director. It was noted that all necessary paperwork is in order for the <br /> Selectmen's approval. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Alcoholic Beverages Control <br /> Commission(ABCC) dated November 26, 2002 with respect to this <br /> regard. Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> g <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to approve the application of 99 <br /> West, Inc.,d/b/a 99 Restaurant &Pub for a Transfer of Stock and <br /> Change of Director. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Request of VFW—Extended Hours on New Years' Eve: <br /> Correspondence was received from Norman Dias dated December 11, <br /> 2002 requesting the Selectmen approve the extension of license on New <br /> Years' Eve for the VFW to hold a party for its members and guests. <br /> Norman Dias, VFW representative and Alice Gibbons, Manager were <br /> present to discuss the license extension request with the Board of <br /> Selectmen. Michael DiMaggio was also in attendance. <br />
