Board of Selectmen <br />Minutes <br />May 16, 2016 <br />Anoroval of Reauest for One-Dav Lia_uor License. Mav 27.2016 — Kelly Griffin. Kate's Table <br />Catering: <br />An application was presented to the Board dated May 10, 2016 from Kate's Table, Inc. for a temporary <br />one -day beer and wine license for a private, invitation only event for the grand opening of the Tesla <br />Cape Cod located at Mashpee Commons. No beverages of any type would be sold at this event. <br />Since the event is private by invitation only with no sales a license is not required. <br />Annroval of Reauest to Disalav Snonsor Signs at the Mashpee Dog Park: <br />Tom Fox was in attendance representing the Mashpee Dog Park to request the Selectmen support the <br />display of Sponsor Signage at the park. Specifics regarding the display sponsor signs were outlined in <br />a memorandum dated April 8, 2016. <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the request for Sponsor Signs at the Mashpee <br />Dog Park. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cahalan, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Opposed, none <br />Annroval and Execution of Inter-Municinal Agreement between the Town of Mashnee and Mashpee <br />Water District: <br />The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Inter -Municipal Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and <br />the Mashpee Water District for a three year period to commence on July 1, 2016 through June 30, <br />2019. Town Manager Rodney C. Collins recommended approval. <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve and execute the Inter -Municipal Agreement <br />between the Town of Mashpee and Mashpee Water District for a three-year period commencing <br />on July 1, 2016. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cahalan, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Opposed, none <br />
