211 TOWN OF MASHPEE WARRANT FOR SPECIAL MEETING December 69 1971 BARNSTABLE SS. To the Constable of the Town of Mashpee GREETINGS: IIn the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee, who are qualified to vote in the elections, to meet at Town Hall on Monday, December 6, 1971 at 7:30 P.M. to act on the articles contained in the following warrant: The meeting was opened at 7:45 p.m. by Moderator William Mills. Registered voters present at the beginning of the meeting were..87. ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the(" of $4460.00 said sum to be credited to the Police Department Exspense Account, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Police Dept. ACTION: Motion made and seconded $3,600 be taken from available funds. So voter ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to.take from available funds the sum of $4200.00, said sum to be credited to the Police Department Wage Account, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Police Dept. ACTION: Motion made and seconded that $4200.00 be transferred from available un s. Unanimously voted. ARTICLE 3. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $785.00 to the Fire Department Exspense Account. Submitted by Fire Dept, RECOMMENDED. ACTION: Motion made and seconded $785.00 be transferred from available u -- Unanimously voted. ARTICLE 4. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $637.97 to the Fire Dept. Wage Account. Submitted by Fire Dept. RECOMMENDED. To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the sum of $3,460.00 for payment of overdue bills and to complete this year's functions. This money to be put into Highway Exspense or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Highway Dept. RECOMMENDED; ACTION: Motion made and seconded to take from available funds $3,460.00. Unanimously voted. ARTICLE 6. To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the sum of $1,017.00 for the Highway Dept. Wage's account or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $650.00 to the Sanitation and Refuse wages account.
