Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 9. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the <br />§um of $ 244.00 to the Board of Health wages account. This amount will pay <br />the Secretary for the remaining weeks of this year. Submitted by Board of <br />Health. RECOMMENDED. <br />' ACTION: Motion made and seconded to transfer from available funds the sum <br />oM4.00. Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 10. To see if the Town will vote'to"transfer from available funds, <br />the sum of $1,216.67. This amount to be set into the account "Extra compen- <br />sation for the 53rd week of 1971." This account to be under the control of <br />the Town Accountant. Submitted by Town Accountant. To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the <br />sum of $550.00 for the Planning Board Exspense Account to be used for the <br />following: 500 Zoning By -Laws; one original Zoning Map; 500 copies of Zoning <br />Maps for public sale; stamps, stationary and miscellaneous. Submitted by <br />Planning Board. RECOMMENDED. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded fo take from available funds the sum of <br />. 0. Unanimously voted. <br />'ARTICLE 12. To see if the Town will vote to transfer $550.00 from the Person- <br />nel'Board Exspense Account to the Personnel Board Wages Account or take any <br />other action thereon. Submitted by Personnel Board. RECOMMENDED. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to transfer $550.00. Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds <br />the sun of $750.00 for the General Advertising Account or take any other <br />action thereon. Submitted by Board of Selectman. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to transfer from available funds the sum of <br />7=. 0. Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 14. To see if the Town will vote to take frogs the Life Guard Wage <br />Account the sum of $250.00 to be transferred to the Park and Recreation <br />Exspense Account, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Park and <br />Recreation Commission. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded for $250.00 to be transferred to the Park <br />an�Ttecreation Expense Account. Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 15. To see if the Town will vote to authorize and direct the Select- <br />man to execute, acknowledge, seal and deliver an agreementin recordable form <br />with New Seabury Corporation (formerly Popponesset Corporation) remodifying <br />the restrictidns contained in a deed from Popponesset Corporation to the Town, <br />dated July 13, 1964, and duly recorded, so that (a) the number of dwelling <br />units permitted in Section 9 on the plan referred to in the deed shall be re- <br />duced from 110 to 30; (b) Sections 20,23,24,25,26,27,28 and 29 shall be comb- <br />ined into one section in which 1,627 dwelling units may be erected and 400,00 <br />square feet of area, as defined in the deed may be devoted to commercial uses <br />in addition to recreational uses; and (c) no dwellings other thft"singler" <br />family dwellings may be erected in Section 19 or within 200 feet thereof, <br />should any portion of the combined sections referred to above be taken by <br />eminent domain, the permitted dwelling units and commercial area shall be re- <br />duced proportionately and the agreement shall so provide, or take any other <br />action relative thereto. <br />
