<br /> Mr. Kruzel in his memorandum of November 18, 2016 to the Board of Selectmen indicated there
<br /> are a few scheduled meetings and events in the Ballroom/CC Dining Room during the closure.
<br /> The closure dates are as follows;
<br /> Tuesday, January 17, 2017, Mashpee Women's Club, Ballroom/CC Dining Room
<br /> Friday, February 3, 2017, Cape Cod Academy Semi Formal, Ballroom
<br /> Tuesday, February 21, 2017, Mashpee Women's Club, Ballroom/CC Dining Room
<br /> Saturday, March 4, 2017, Quigley Bridal Shower, Ballroom
<br /> Tuesday, March 21, 2017, Mashpee Women's Club, Ballroom/CC Dining Room
<br /> Being no comment, the Board motioned as follows;
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing.
<br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane.
<br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
<br /> Roll Call Vote:
<br /> Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Cahalane, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes
<br /> Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the request of New Seabury Properties,
<br /> LLC, d/b/a New Seabury Country Club, Paul M. Kruzel, Manager to close for deep
<br /> cleaning and maintenance as referenced.
<br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara.

<br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the request of New Seabury Properties,
<br /> LLC, d/b/a Popponesset Inn, Paul M. Kruzel, Manager to close for deep cleaning as follows;
<br /> Restaurant: Effective January 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017 (initially re-opening for
<br /> functions only in April and a la carte service in May)
<br /> Correspondence was received from Mr. Kruzel, Manager of Popponesset Inn dated November
<br /> 18, 2016 indicating there is one scheduled event during the closure, the Chili Challenge Cook
<br /> Off a charity event planned to be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017.
