21 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 11, 2017 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Policy 074— Social Media Policy: <br /> An in-depth Social Media Policy, number 074 was presented to the Board of Selectmen for approval. <br /> This policy provides notice to Town Officials and/or Employees that their use of social media must <br /> conform to this policy and the law. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to adopt Policy 074—Social Media Policy as written. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Gottlieb. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes Opposed, none <br /> Discussion and Approval of 99 West LLC— Change of Officer Application: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) dated July <br /> 25, 2017 regarding an application receives from 99 West, LLC for a Change of Officers/Directors. <br /> The transactions includes (63) 99 Restaurant and Pub restaurants in Massachusetts. The new officers <br /> who are replacing two members who have resigned are Charles O. Noyes and Gregory A. Hayes. The <br /> transaction does not result in any change to the manager, operation or physical structure of the restaurant <br /> in Mashpee. The day-to-day supervision and control of the restaurant operations remain unchanged. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the Change of Officer Application of 99 West, <br /> LLC d/b/a 99 Restaurant & Pub. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes Opposed, none <br /> Approval of Cross Easement Agreement—Town of Mashpee, Trustees of Willowbend Community <br /> Trust under Declaration of Trust of the Willowbend Community Trust, and Southworth Willowbend, <br /> LLC: <br /> The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Cross Easement Agreement passed by a 2/3rd's vote at the <br /> October 2016 Town Meeting to authorize the exchange of easements between the Town and a private <br /> property owner abutting a portion of Quinaquisset Avenue, a public way whereby the Town would be <br /> granted easement rights over private property for the purpose of constructing and maintaining <br /> stormwater control/headwall structures at the base of Quinaquisset Avenue. <br />
