This is also to provide <br /> an overview of some practical concerns that we respectfully request you will <br /> Harwich consider as H.3454,An Act Regulating and Insuring Short-Term Rentals, <br /> Chris Clark and any other legislation related to regulating and taxing short-term rentals, <br /> Charleen Greenhalgb proceeds through the legislative process. <br /> Mashpee According to a recent analysis of the Cape Cod regional housing <br /> Rodney Collins market,Barnstable County is home to 49%of the seasonal housing units <br /> Wayne Taylor <br /> Nantucket state-wide.
