The plan was approved and signed <br /> by the Board. <br /> Bill Weller submitted a definitive plan of the sub-division entitled <br /> Sherwood Forest 2 owned by L & 0 Associates consisting of 130 lots and <br /> bordering South Sandwich and Cotuit Roads . The Board requested that <br /> the profiles specify leaching basins & berms where grades are 3% or <br /> greater, and a cross section of the roadway and basins including 2 feet <br /> of stone surrounding the basins. The hearing date was set for. 9/6/72. <br /> The original plan of the sub-division of Richardson Jonas, located off <br /> Route 130 was signed and delivered to Mr. Jonas .
