If the option is not <br /> available,the waste would be shipped to Rochester. <br /> When abed if the town would be penalized for not meeting obligated quantities, <br /> Mr. Cipolla indicated that penalties are not anticipated and the town has never <br /> been billed for a shortage. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to measuring recycling reduction.
