4 <br /> ~ <br /> Town Mash ee <br /> 4k P <br /> lIASHEE ZONING BOARD <br /> Decision for a Special Permit Maskipee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> E: .Anthony and Judith Drae , Jr. 56 Dover Road <br /> Map 88 Parcel 61 <br /> SI -o - 6 <br /> A Petition was filed on May 12, 2003 by Dean Ayres, Builder for Anthony and <br /> Judith Dra el , Jr. for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 of the Zoning Ey-laves <br /> to allow for the addition of a garage with an in-law apartment to an existing dwelling on <br /> property located in an R-3 zonig district at 56 Dover load (Map 88 Parcel 61 Ma hpee, <br /> 1A. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Eaves Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 16, 2003 and May 23, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella Eli enbe ry, Robert Nelson and <br /> Edward Govoni. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town o <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> GENERAL FE DINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 56 Dover Road d and contains 41,115 <br /> square feet of land. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined to allow: <br /> 1. conversion of an existing dwelling to accommodate not more than two (2) <br /> families, provided that there is not external evidence of occupancy by more than <br /> one 1 family, <br /> . and further provided that each dwelling unit resulting from such conversion shall <br /> have not less than seven hundred fifty (750) square feet of habitable floor space. <br />
