A quorum was declared with the following members present: Fran Laporte, Richard Halpern, Jill Allen and Kevin Shackett. Melissa Phillips joined the meeting at approximately 6:08 PM. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director and Thomas Joy, Fee Accountant. SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the regular meeting held on September 29, 2016 were mailed to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Richard Halpern and seconded by Kevin Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was adopted. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT& UPDATES: Mrs. Botsford stated that because this is a special budget meeting and her October report isn't completed yet, she doesn't have much to report. Page 1 of 3
