<br />Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes, and Mr. Pittsley, yes. 
<br />All were in favor of the raising of the existing structure, and new additions. 
<br />OTHER BUSYNESS 
<br />43 Monahansett Road: Owner, Cynthia Jalbert requests a minor modification to remove 
<br />all reference to the trust from the approved Variance Decision (V-2017-04). (Contillued 
<br />from February 8, 2017 hearings). 
<br />Cynthia Jalbert represented herself for a minor modification of an approved Variance. The 
<br />recently approved Variance application was for construction of a deck from the 50 ft. buffer 
<br />under §174-33 regarding setbacks from water and wetlands. When Cynthia originally 
<br />applied for this Variance petition, the house was in a trust and the deed stated "Paul A. 
<br />Jalbert and Cynthia A. Jalbert, Trustees", and during her appeal period the deed was revised 
<br />removing all reference of the "trust" as advised by her attorney. 
<br />The Board had a reviewed the deed and agreed that this is considered a minor modification. 
<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a minor modification to Paul A. Jalbert and Cynthia A. 
<br />Jalbert, Trustees of the Jalbert Realty Trust, changing the name to the recording for the 
<br />applicant now reading to Paul A. Jalbert and Cynthia A. Jalbert, individuals, and not as 
<br />trustees, referencing the Variance (V-2016.04), and all other aspects of the Variance 
<br />remain full force in affect, and no other modifications requested for issuance. 
<br />Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Goldstein yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes. All 
<br />were in favor of the minor modification to the Variance. 
<br />Mashpee Commons: To give the Board their 6 -month update on the construction progress 
<br />as stated in the Comprehensive Permit, Section 1V. Decision and Conditions, sub -section 
<br />8. 
<br />Mr. Tom Feronti, of Mashpee Commons met with the Board to give them an update of the 
<br />on-going construction project under the Comprehensive Permit. He presented a layout of 
<br />the noted buildings. He said that Building 41 is complete; there are eight (8) units in this 
<br />building, and currently the six (6) out of the eight (8) units are rented, and out of that six 
<br />(6), two are affordable units. Building 42 will be the next to be finished and should be ready 
<br />for inspections.
