MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2016 <br />Chairman Furbush read the Inspection Department and Conservation comments into the <br />record. Conservation approved the project at their August 11, 2016 hearing. <br />Attorney Kirrane asked if the garage could be increased by 1 ft. Mr. Blaisdell said that <br />would require a modification filing to the approved Written Finding. <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to approve the Written Finding. The Board has determined that <br />the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A <br />Section 6. All were in favor of the raze and replace project. <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept the withdrawal of the variance request. Mr. Gould <br />seconded. All were in favor of the variance withdrawal. <br />65 Seconsett Point Road: Owner, Katherine F. Lingamfelter requests to re-establish a <br />Written Finding that was previously granted on February 5, 2014 (Finding -2013-61) to <br />allow for construction of two new porches on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, <br />Map 124 Parcel 14-0-R, Mashpee, MA. <br />Attorney, Brian Wall represented the homeowner to re-establish the Written Finding that <br />was previously granted but lapsed because it went beyond two years. He provided a revised <br />plan that shows a change in the shape of the dwelling by removing one of the porches. Mr. <br />Wall said that it is approximately 2/3rds less than the original design. <br />The Board wanted clarification on the revised structure of the boat house. Attorney Wall <br />said that he had a discussion with Mike Mendoza regarding the windows of the boat house, <br />and was brought to the Board back in January for clarification. That conversation is not <br />related to this present hearing. <br />11 <br />
