Environmental Oversight Committee -Mr. Cummings reported that the final draft of the <br />single use bags had been forwarded to Town Counsel for review. A vote has been planned for <br />October. Mr. Cummings also reported that a large shipment of shellfish had been received for <br />the Town and the Tribe, for Mashpee's shellfish propagation project. There was also discussion <br />regarding enforcement of the new fertilizer bylaw and it was reported that the herring run <br />numbers were low. <br />Historic District Commission -No update <br />MMR Military Civilian Community Council -Update of MMR Joint Land Use <br />Study -No update <br />Status of parking facilities at 168 Industrial Drive -Mr. Fudala reported that a business <br />by the name of CrossFit moved in without acquiring a build -out permit and was recently sold <br />with the new owner running into issues utilizing the parking spaces. Mr. Fudala stated that it <br />could be problematic because CrossFit may exceed the use of the parking lot. Mr. Fudala further <br />reported that people continue to park on the grass and between the NO PARKING signs and the <br />curbing has not been completed. Mr. Fudala has forwarded an email. The Chair requested that <br />the issue remain on the agenda. <br />Status of construction schedule for BCDM / Ockway Highlands road work -Mr. <br />Fudala reported that Mr. Haney was informed that he was required to attend tonight's meeting to <br />present the construction schedule. Mr. Rowley stated that it had been 1 week to 10 days since he <br />had heard anything regarding the construction schedule and at that time, W. Haney was still <br />acquiring numbers from contractors. Mr. Balzarini stated that the stumps had been pulled. <br />Chairman Waygan provided Mr. Fudala with a letter to be forwarded to Mr. Haney, <br />Northbridge Plans -Mr. Rowley indicated that he was in receipt of the final Northbridge <br />plans but the pump station plans showed an inconsistency with the approved site plan.
