None at this time <br />Old Business <br />Discussion of Planning Board review of Town road takings -1219 meeting w/Town Counsel <br />---The Chair reported that she attended a meeting with the Town Manager, Town Counsel, Catherine <br />Laurent, Mr. Rowley and Mr, Fudala to discuss the process for Town Road Takings, Town Counsel <br />will be developing a policy to be commented on by the Planning Board before submitting to the <br />Selectmen as a town policy. Communication and quicker action will be improved as a result of an <br />established policy. Ms. Laurent has requested that she be invited to attend any meeting when a road <br />taking would be discussed. Drainage easements will be defined, road bounds will be verified and a <br />quote for the work will be included when considering road takings. <br />Report on Status of Greenway Project -The Chair reported that she spoke to the Town <br />Manager and will follow up by email as a reminder for his office to issue the RFP for the design work. <br />The Chair will also follow up with Mr. McManus regarding the necessary steps for approval of the <br />project. <br />Design Review Committee -Mr. Cummings reported that Design Review heard the Naukabout <br />Beer Co. proposed modifications. <br />Community Preservation Committee -The Chair reported that the Committee recommended <br />both applications submitted by the Friends of the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge for projects <br />regarding historic documentation and the trail guide.
