Joe Mooney addressed the meeting and
stated Windchime is requesting a permit to replace 2 signs currently on the property with the
recommended signs.
• Signs would be light blue with gold lettering. Windchime at top of sign will be light blue.
* Same footprint that is there now -15 square feet.
• Posts with lights are coming down. Mr. Mooney confirmed there will be no lighting change for
the signage.
• Address will be eliminated from the sign, but that Is no problem for the Fire or Police
Departments as streets in the development have been identified.
Motion: Mary LeBlanc motioned to accept sign on Windchime as presented here today; Jonathan
Furbush seconded the motion; and the motion was unanimously approved by Design Review.
Joseph Cummings questioned the removal of the posts as this change requires a Planning Board
approval because Windchime was built under a Special Permit. Mike Mendoza advised he would
check the Special Permit to determine whether anything further has to be done.
