13 <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />December 8, 2015 <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS: <br />Phyllis Moniz Littleford -- Acquisition of 104 William Mingo & 60 Saddleback Road(s): <br />(continued) <br />Motion made by Mrs. Buschenfeldt to approve and recommend to the May 2016 <br />Special Town Meeting, the acquisition of the Littleford property for the sum of <br />$425,000 with no Conservation Restriction on said property. Funding would derive <br />from the Budgeted Reserve for this purpose. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Waygan. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 9-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Halpern, yes Mr. Kaplan, yes Mrs. Buschenfeldt, yes <br />Mr. Larkin, yes Mr. Lord, yes Ms. Rommelmeyer, yes <br />Nis. Waygan, yes Mrs. Sherman, yes Mr. Shaw, yes <br />Mary Bradbury, Recreation Director — Disc Golf at Pickerel:Coy_e_: <br />Project unanimously approved as referenced. <br />Andrew McManus Conservation A cnt --- MasWee Greenwa an- otbrid e: <br />Project unanimously approved, with stipulated conditions as referenced. <br />Ap <br />proval of FYI State Funding, Allocation of Reimbursement Fun s to 10% Reserves: <br />It was agreed the first article on the May 2016 Special Town Meeting Warrant would <br />appropriate FYI Reserves to the 10% categories; Open Space/Recreation, Affordable <br />Housing, and Historic Purposes. <br />Motion made by Mr. Sherman to approve and recommend to the May 2016 Special <br />Town Meeting the appropriation of additional FY16 State Funding to the CPC 10% <br />Reserves allocating the sum of $18,375 per category. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Larkin. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 9-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Halpern, yes Mr. Kaplan, yes Mrs. Buschenfeldt, yes <br />Mr. Larkin, yes Mr. Lord, yes Ms. Rommelmeyer, yes <br />Ms. Waygan, yes Mrs. Sherman, yes Mr. Shaw, yes <br />
