<br />• Finance Committee Report– May 2015 
<br />Charles Gasior reviewed the report numbers with the Committee. Final approval was continued to the 
<br />next Finance Committee meeting on March 19, 2015. 
<br />• Town Manager Screening Committee Update 
<br />Christopher Avis forwarded his updated report to Theresa Cook as follows: the Screening Committee 
<br />is operating within the 90 -day required time line to bring 3 to 5 candidates to the BOS. The Collins 
<br />Group out of UMass Boston has been hired as a search firm to assist in the process in a (3-2) vote with 
<br />Avis and Carter voting against the motion. The Screening Committee voted in favor of funding the 
<br />committee $16,000 to pay The Collins Group for their consulting services with Chris Avis voting against 
<br />it. The Collins Group was chosen because of its experience in searching specifically for town 
<br />managers, as well as its recruitment network. The Collins Group has already met with the Screening 
<br />Committee members and the Board of Selectmen. 
<br />NEW BUSINESS 
<br />• Veterans Benefits Expense Account ($17,000) 
<br />Charles Gasior made a motion that $17,000 be transferred from the Reserve Account to the Veterans' 
<br />Benefts Expense account to cover a $16,000 shortfall. Oskar Klenert seconded the motion. Roll Call
